本系列风机由金属双法兰圆筒形外壳，内转子或外转子交流异步电动机，塑料风叶或金属风叶构成一体。其产品具有风量大、噪声低、震动小、运行可靠、安装方便和寿命长等特点。该系列风机主要用于计算机系统、地面自动控制设备、电子仪器、办公用品自动化设备，医疗设备和电焊机等行业通风散热。
The fan is consisting of metal double flanged tubular vent, inner or external rotor AC induction motor and plastic or metal impeller. The FZY fans have the following feature: big air flow, low noise & vibration, high reliability, easy mounting and long life-time etc. They are mainly used in computer systems, ground-based auto-controlling equipment, electronic instruments, office automatic equipment, medicalapparatus and welding machines.

风机中使用电机

FZY系列采用两种结构的电机，内转子和外转子结构，二者均为交流鼠笼式异步电动机，单相时电容运转交流异步电动机，绕组可分为主／副绕组或三相绕组改接单相绕组，三相时均为三相绕组的交流异步电动机。
FZY fan motor is one kind of AC squirrel cage induction motor, which includes inner rotor and external rotor type. Both single-phase and three-phase fans are available.

风机噪声
Fans noise measurement
如图所示，风机固定在弹性支架，并置于半消音室或全消音室中间位置，拾音器置于风机轴线进风口1m处，风机施加额定电压和额定频率运转，用声级计测定风机声压级噪声dB(A)
As figure shown, the fan fixed on the resilient bracket is suspended at the center of the anechoic or semi-anechoic room, the sound pickup is placed at one meter away from intake along axis of fa n, the sound pressure can be measured by sound meter in dB(A)when fan is powered by rated voltage and frequency.
风机的使用寿命

风机最终寿命终止的原因是轴承损坏和定子绕组绝缘的老化，因此使用的环境温度以及湿度是决定风机使用寿命的主要因素。在正常工作条件下，在常温(20℃)时滚珠轴承结构的风机其使用寿命为20000小时
The primary failu re of fans is often caused by damage of bearings and insulation ageing of winding. So the life-time of fan depends on ambient temperature. In normal condition of 200c,the life-time of fan with ball bearings is about 20,000 hours.
